Who are these terms between?
These terms are an agreement between you and Blitz Bet. Blitz Bet is operated by Buscarar SRL and licensed by the Government of Anjouan under licence number ALSI-152406018-FI2. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Blitz Bet and its operator. When we say "you", we mean the person who holds the account.
We have written this page in our own words so it is actually readable. It summarises the main rules, and the detailed rules for each specific offer, payment method or game are shown in your account, in the game itself, or in the cashier. By opening an account and playing, you agree to follow these terms. If something here is unclear, ask live chat before you play, not afterwards.
Who can open a Blitz Bet account?
You must be at least 18 years old. You must also make sure that online casino play is allowed where you live. We are an offshore casino with an Anjouan licence and we do not hold an Australian licence. Australia has its own rules on online gambling, and checking the rules that apply to you is your responsibility. If online casino play is not allowed for you, do not open an account.

How do accounts work?

What happens with duplicate accounts?
If we find more than one account belonging to the same person, we may close the extra accounts, cancel bonuses and winnings linked to them, and return deposits after deducting anything already won through bonus abuse. We will contact you before taking that step where we can.
How do bonuses work under these terms?

The general rules that apply to every bonus:
- Bonuses are optional. You can decline or forfeit one at any time.
- Bonus funds and winnings from them may need to be wagered a set number of times before you can withdraw them. The figure is in the offer terms.
- Pokies contribute fully to wagering. Most table and live games do not, or contribute at a reduced rate.
- A maximum bet may apply while a bonus is active. Bets above it can lead to bonus winnings being removed.
- Unfinished bonuses expire at the end of their stated period.
- Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may forfeit that bonus.
- We may withdraw or refuse a bonus where we see bonus abuse, such as multiple accounts or coordinated play.
How does VIP Cashback fit in?
VIP Cashback returns a share of net losses over a set period. The rate depends on your VIP level. Levels unlock as you play, and higher levels come with a personal manager and exclusive offers. The current rates and calculation rules are shown in the cashback terms in your account.
What are the rules for deposits and withdrawals?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and cryptocurrency. The minimum for each method is shown in the cashier for your currency. Any payment method you use must be in your own name.

Deposits are for playing, not for moving money around. If funds are deposited and withdrawn with little or no play, we may ask questions before processing the withdrawal. We may also delay or refuse payments where we suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms.
When and how do we verify your identity?
Verification is usually triggered by a withdrawal or once your total deposits pass a set threshold. We may also ask for it at any other time. You will be asked for a photo ID, a selfie holding that ID, and a proof of address such as a recent bank statement or utility bill. Send them to kyc@blitz-bet.com or upload them when prompted. We usually review documents within a few days.

What about games and technical issues?
Game rules, paytables and any return-to-player information are shown inside each game. If a game malfunctions, any affected rounds may be voided, and stakes returned where appropriate. If you notice an obvious error, such as a balance that is clearly wrong, tell us rather than using it. Winnings resulting from a clear technical error may be corrected.
How can an account be closed?

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if we find fraud, duplicate accounts or bonus abuse, if the account holder is under 18, or if we have reason to believe online casino play is not allowed for that player. When we close an account, any verified balance that is properly yours will be paid out, minus anything we are entitled to keep under these terms.
Can these terms change?
Yes. We may update them from time to time, for example when we add new features or payment options. The current version is always on this page. If changes are significant, we will let you know. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
