Who looks after your data at Blitz Bet?
Blitz Bet is operated by Buscarar SRL, licensed by the Government of Anjouan under licence number ALSI-152406018-FI2. Buscarar SRL is responsible for the personal data you share with us when you visit the site, open an account and play. In data protection terms, that makes us the controller of your data.
This page explains what that means in practice. We have tried to write it so you can actually follow it, rather than burying the important parts under legal phrasing. If anything is unclear, ask us. Our contact details are at the bottom.
What personal data do we collect?
We collect what we need to run your account, meet our legal and licence obligations, keep the site secure and, with your agreement, tell you about offers. Here is the breakdown.
| Type of data | Examples | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Identity and contact details | Name, date of birth, address, email, phone number | You, at sign up and later |
| Verification documents | Photo ID, selfie with ID, proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill | You, during KYC checks |
| Financial and transaction data | Deposits, withdrawals, payment method details, balances | You and our payment partners |
| Gameplay data | Games played, bets, wins, bonus use, VIP level | Generated as you play |
| Technical data | IP address, device type, browser, approximate location, log in times | Your device, automatically |
| Communications | Live chat transcripts, emails, complaints | You, when you contact us |
We do not ask for more than we need. We never ask for your password or full card details in chat or email. If someone claiming to be us does, it is not us.
Why do we use your data?
Every use of your data needs a reason, and under GDPR style rules that reason has a legal basis. Ours fall into four groups.
How do we use data to provide the service you signed up for?
Running your account, processing deposits and withdrawals, applying bonuses you choose to accept, tracking VIP progress and answering your support questions. Without this, there is no account. The legal basis is the contract between us, set out in our terms and conditions.
How do we use data to meet our legal and licence obligations?
Verifying your identity and age, preventing fraud and money laundering, keeping records our licence requires and, where needed, responding to lawful requests from authorities. The legal basis is legal obligation.
How do we use data to keep the site safe and working well?
Spotting suspicious activity, protecting accounts, fixing bugs and understanding how the site is used so we can improve it. We also use gameplay patterns to look for signs that a player might be at risk of gambling harm, so we can step in. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, responsible casino.
When do we use data to send you marketing?
News about promotions, tournaments and offers by email or other channels. We only do this with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time in your account settings or by contacting us. If you are self-excluded or on a cooling off break, we stop marketing to you.
Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where we need to, and only with parties bound to protect it.
- Payment providers, such as card processors, e-wallets and crypto payment services, so your transactions can go through.
- Verification and fraud prevention services that help us check identity documents and detect fraud.
- Game providers, such as Pragmatic Play and Evolution, who need limited data to run games and keep game records.
- Technical service providers, such as hosting, security and customer support tools.
- Regulators, law enforcement and courts, where the law or our licence requires it.
Some of these partners may be outside the country where you live. Where data moves across borders, we use appropriate safeguards so it stays protected to a suitable standard.
How do we use cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a site. We use a few types.
| Cookie type | What it does | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Keeps you logged in, remembers your settings, protects against fraud | No, the site will not work without them |
| Performance | Helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it | Yes |
| Marketing | Helps us measure campaigns and show relevant offers | Yes |
You can manage non essential cookies through the cookie settings on the site and through your browser. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the site from working, including logging in.
How long do we keep your data?
As long as we need it for the reasons above. Account and transaction records, and verification documents, are kept for the period our licence and anti money laundering rules require, which continues for some time after an account closes. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them. Once data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
How do we protect your data?
Connections to the site are encrypted. Access to personal data, especially verification documents, is limited to staff who need it for their job. We use security monitoring to spot unusual activity. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously, and if a breach ever affected you in a significant way, we would tell you.
You can help too. Use a strong, unique password, do not share your login, and log out on shared devices.
What rights do you have over your data?
Depending on where you live, and particularly under GDPR style rules, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Restrict or object to certain uses, such as marketing or processing based on legitimate interest.
- Send your data to you or another provider in a portable format, where this applies.
- Withdraw consent you have given, for example to marketing.
Some rights have limits. For example, we cannot delete verification records we are legally required to keep. If we cannot do what you ask, we will explain why. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority where you live.
Do we collect data from minors?
No. Blitz Bet is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Our verification checks confirm age, and accounts belonging to anyone under age are closed. If you think a minor has given us their data, please tell us and we will deal with it. Our responsible gambling page has tips for parents on keeping children away from gambling sites.
How can you contact us about privacy?
Email support@blitz-bet.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or ask in live chat, which is open 24/7. For questions about verification documents specifically, use kyc@blitz-bet.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, to make sure we are not handing your data to someone else. More ways to reach us are on our contact page.
We may update this policy from time to time, and we will let you know about significant changes. For everything else about Blitz Bet, head back to our Blitz Bet Casino homepage.
